Firstly let me introduce myself.
My name is Stephen Hart and I live in Plymouth in the United
Kingdom. I was born in 1964 and I have spent over 30 years
looking after my body. Since being at school I have always been
interested in maintaining a healthy body. I joined my first gym
when I was at school and have never got bored with training. I
used to train up to six days a week but now as I am getting older I
have reduced the frequency to 3-4 times a week. I currently train
at Flex Fitness in Plympton, Plymouth. You can view it here:

I
keep my motivation for training by using different workout programmes
through out the year. I try to keep my bodyfat levels more or
less constant through out the year instead of bulking up and trimming
down. That way it is not a great feat if I need to lose a bit of
weight for the summer or put on a bit extra if I am trying to increase
my size.
With regards to nutrition I try not to eat too much. I never miss
breakfast because that is the most important meal of the day. I
then eat some protein at a maximum interval of 2 hours. I
generally eat four meals a day with some form of protein in between
meals. I do a lot of research on the latest supplements and diets to
see what the world has to offer.
I
am also interested in personal well being and I am currently doing some
research into this topic.
